Yes, the overall Hotel is ok. However, we asked for the garbage to be taken out, new towels, and toilet paper on Sunday 10/8. Asked housekeeping again that afternoon. Asked the front desk the next afternoon as we ran completely out of toilet paper and were without towels. The front desk called back and stated we could come down and pick them up if it was urgent???? At the time we went down to ask there were no fewer than 5 members of the housekeeping staff in the lobby. Why pay for a hotel when no one cares?
Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Foley-North Gulf Shores

We stayed here 1 night while traveling. The beds were comfortable, the room was spotless, the grounds were so clean, staff was super nice and accommodating. Right across the street from the Foley outlet stores. Very convenient to every thing. Tons of good restaurants very close and a short drive to the beach. We did not hear noise from other rooms and slept soundly. The pool was large and clean. We will stay here again if we are in the area. Area also appeared very safe.
Hampton Inn Foley

This Hampton Inn in Foley gets five stars! I have absolutely no complaints. The staff was very calm and pleasant. Breakfast was very good …. enough choices without being too much and was well prepared. The breakfast area was kept clean. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and spacious enough for an overnight stay. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was refreshing. There were sufficient plugs and lights. Also, the towel bars and plugs just seemed to be in the right places, too. The location felt safe and had things to do and places to eat very close. After our stay here, I just felt so rested and refreshed for the day of travel ahead. What more could you ask for when on the road? Great job, Hampton, for this location! Highly recommend this Hampton to other travelers!

Friendly staff, super clean room, comfy beds and quiet location. What more can you ask for?! This was my first stay there, but it will be my hotel of choice when I'm in the area from now on. Breakfast was typical, decent choices. Close to tons of restaurants and shopping.
Comfort Suites Foley - North Gulf Shores

Our final destination was supposed to be St Pete Beach in Florida, so we booked two nights at this hotel to enjoy two days at Gulf Shores, well, we liked Gulf Shores so much, we decided to stay an additional day, then we discovered Perdido Key Beach, that's when we decided no to go all the way to St Pete, and stay at the Comfort Inn, the hotel also helped in this decision, it was clean, well organized, quiet, wifi excellent, great breakfast, location was superb as you have access to virtually anything, and the beach was just 20 min away. Weather was impecable, we were lucky as it was heavily raining when we checked out. We ended up staying 8 days, for the price and amenities the hotel offers is a great deal, I recommend to stay at room 221, huge TV screen, AC worked great, no noise on the hallways, nice ice vending machine. In all the staff was very courteous and professional, specially Pamela, the assistant manager. We will certainly stay at this great hotel next time.

First, I’d write we chose this location because we visited years ago and Everything about it was pleasant. Fast forward, we’ve come back and it hasn’t been so pleasant. Still love the location, but on the first night people were still screaming and shouting in the pool well after 12 am which we could clearly hear from our rooms as my family tried to get rest. I called and spoke to the gentlemen at the front after he said the pool closes at 10, it was 10:29 at that point… 11, 12… etc came and people we still out swimming and very inconsiderate. He said he would fix it and Did Not. Next morning, I reported after it after some other lady with reports of an untidy room with pictures. I explained-the excessive running and jumping it sounded like a WII soccer game upstairs in the room right above us. We were told the general manager would be in and we’d hear back from her and that the pool should have been cleared by 10 and that they know music was playing loudly and that it shouldn’t happen again. We are on night three, the upstairs people are still “just called front desk it’s 11:30 p.m.” jumping around and dropping things and running… my family can’t even go to bed. The first night due to the noise and the pool noise I didn’t get rest until after 3 a.m. I am not NOT pleased with the excessive, unnecessary noise we’ve endured this trip. Again usually this our favorite hotel and if we could have some peace in our room it still would be. I hate to stop coming due to this experience, but the lack of rest on a trip we chose to take “To Relax and Get Rest” is unbelievable. Maybe I’d try again but request a room no where near the pool and on the top floor so I won’t have people running and jumping wildly above us. Never had this happen at any hotel before. Hopefully it doesn’t happen here again, if we ever return.
