I originally booked a room, but I asked for a new payment in the past. I didn’t recognize Ctrip’s reservation. The hotel told me that the price was 10 dollars cheaper than Ctrip’s price, only 43 dollars, but it was already around 9:40 in the evening. The place to live, only to re-swipe the card according to the front desk request. Later, I contacted Ctrip and communicated many times. After waiting for the next day, I finally got a notice when I checked out without repeating the payment, but I still showed me that the price of Ctrip is different from the one given to me Price, it feels too speechless

The room was very nice . The bed was comfortable and linen was in good condition. We had an interior facing room so it was very quiet . We didn’t try any of the hotel amenities since we checked in late and left early . We did try the free breakfast offering . We were pleasantly surprised the quality and variety of food available to choose from . We almost didn’t even go look since at most hotels it is an unpleasant ( gross ) experience. It was very clean in the food area and the food was good ( come on it is free and a buffet but it was actually good ! ) All the employees were very nice we encountered.

Checking in I was told there was no hot water : waiting on a part for repairs. They let me check into their sister-hotel across the street with no additional charges, even though my reservation was prepaid and didn't technically allow refunds or changes.. Obviously I was thrilled to have quiet, clean and hot water for the night! Great customer service attitudes at both places, too!

We made a reservation through the Wyndham phone App guaranteed for late arrival with a credit card. Upon arrival we were informed that there was not a room available. The clerk was dismissive and not at all apologetic. He said that since we booked on the App, they didn't have to recognize the reservation and we should have made it directly with the hotel. Wyndham should drop this hotel from their list of properties. We were referred to 2 other Wyndham properties and they were both full. Sleeping in the car was not on the travel plan, but it was 11pm and we were tired. The next day my credit card was charged as a no show. It took 2 weeks and several phone calls to get a refund. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Having a reservation means nothing to them! Stay somewhere else.
