홍홍♡I stayed for a day at a concert with a friend at Kintex.
First of all, the boss is so kind
Every time I passed, I got up and said hello.
I liked the donation from the first time I entered
It's right in front of Daehwa Station, so it's so close to drinking and entering
The parking space was spacious and the rooms were clean
It was comfortable to sleep because there were two beds
Shampoo, rinse and body shower are neat in a regular tumbler.
Other disposables include toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower towels, etc.
I recommend it a lot ~!

GGuest User離kintex走路15分鐘，離地鐵口很近，周圍吃的也挺多，但不吵。設施比一般的motel肯定好一點，跟價格持平的水準。前台大哥態度挺好的，可以寄存行李。

1.location, a little bit difficult to find because there is no sign of the hotel and the name is different. The name of the hotel on Trip.com should be the name of the hotel. It is a ”Grand Motel” and we couldn't find the entrance easily. The local people were kind and tried to help us find the entrance. Ohhh. The hotel is inside the building and the hotel is on the 10th floor only.
2. The cleanliness was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. He supported us everything.
3. The facilities were good. This is Korea, the land of beauty. The hotel cares about the beauty, there were facilities for beauty in the room.
4. It is near bus stops and subway. It was really convenient for us.
5. There were some great restaurants there. We stayed there for 6 nights but we went to a BBQ restaurant 3 times, the owners were super kind to us and served good service with a smile everyday. Lovely restaurant.
6. There were some super markets where I could find fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, bakery and also convenient shops everywhere.
7. Even at nignt, the vibes were safe
The location of the hotel is great but the entrance was difficult to find at the first time.

But the water hole in the shower booth is blocked so it doesn't go down well.

AAnonymous UserThere was no one who could speak Japanese, but the receptionist was friendly. Maybe because it's a motel, I don't have much to do with people at the hotel, so I didn't have to worry about it. The room was clean and you can watch netflix. The window only opens a little and the view is not good even if it is opened. There were some restaurants and cafes nearby, so it would be fun to take a walk.
