AAnonymous User此次入住對房間沒有不滿意的地方。主要評價服務。8月14日通過攜程預訂該酒店，房費包含雲上牧場門票，在下午3點09分打電話主要詢問門票是14日還是15日使用的。結果電話接通後連個歡迎問好都沒有，我問了一句請問是萌兔酒店嗎？然後接電話的一位女士就脾氣暴躁的一頓輸出，説什麼酒店要怎麼走怎麼走，語氣極其不耐煩，然後我打斷她説我是有其他的問題要諮詢，她這才開始查詢我的訂單。你作為前台服務人員就這態度嗎？對顧客大呼小叫而且完全不問顧客的需求就一副不耐煩的語氣跟我説其他的。總之在我到達酒店之前我的第一印象就非常不好了。希望加強對員工服務意識和態度的培訓。不過入住之後包括退房當天遇到的前台人員服務態度還不錯，不然真是影響出門遊玩的心情。
