The hotel is very well located near the Arena Conda, one of the best evaluated in the city of Chapecó. The shower has a very good pressure and the water is well treated. My checkin was very fast, I had to fill a brochure with the data only and I was ready to have my room card in hands. The room is simple but very complete. Bed and comfortable beds, fridge, cable TV, safe and hairdryer. The bathroom has a shower with a very powerful shower, worthy of massage! The breakfast is very satisfactory for the location and the hotel, I considered it very complete to my taste. At any time they never banned any deliveries that arrived to my person, always being fully requested by the phone. I recommend the stay in this hotel, but I have a good location, but I didn't give 5 stars because I was charged for a visit, where it did not stay at the hotel or anything like that, just outside visiting me. I had never seen this, and much less had been warned about this fact, and they could make it more explicit.

I already knew the other hotels in the Mogano chain in Chapecó, No Business was the first time... And it was a positive surprise. The reception was very friendly, especially taking care to ask guests if they prefer a room at the back or at the front (avenue) for because of the noise from the bars at night. We chose a luxury suite and the room is great, it even smells like new furniture... I believe it is recently renovated, as well as having a great bed and pillows. The breakfast was very complete, but I suggest adding some sweet options, as there were only 2 pieces of cake. Closed garage, good service, comfortable room and well located. We love it!

New and well-structured hotel, but the room was for 3 people and there were only two towels, to pick the other should descend until the reception... there was only one light cover in each of the beds, which was less than 10 degrees, and the most negative point, The water of the shower was not warm, but was only brown, when it was very weak, it improved a little; and to close with gold key, the bread was finished at breakfast, it was 8:30 a.m.; well, we only used one night, we will certainly not come back.
