環境很乾凈，應有盡有，和評論裏的其他圖片沒什麼區別。唯一讓我不爽的是前台的工作態度。 賓館的熱水器我不會弄，打電話詢問前台。 前台讓我看熱水器的管子，開始放水，我以為放水是熱水器上的某個按鈕，於是就問前台：放水是哪個按鈕？結果客服【不回答我】，自顧自地按照她的邏輯往下説，告訴我做這做那。可我連第一步都沒弄明白，為什麼讓我去做下面的步驟？ 我一共問了【4次】，“放水是哪個按鈕”，客服【沒有一次】回答我，衹是自顧自往下説。我還以為是通話質量有問題，客服沒聽見我的話呢。 第5次，客服才告訴我，放水是把水龍頭的水打開。我真是服了。那你為什麼之前不回答我呢？説一句話有那麼難嗎？你直接告訴我説放水不是個按鈕，是把水打開不就可以了嗎？我問了【4次】哎！你好歹給個迴應啊。 我還能是故意提出一些複雜的問題為難你不成？我衹是問了一個非常簡單的問題，你為什麼不迴應？ 防槓：前台提出要來我房間幫**作，但是我已經換衣服了，所以不想讓她上來，所以才產生溝通問題。 但是用清晰的語言解決用户遇到的問題，不也應該是前台的工作嗎？我真是不理解我問了四次的問題為什麼得不到迴應，是不是的你倒是説句話啊。
