The hotel was excellent! From the lobby, you can already catch a stunning view of the sunset, which made such a beautiful first impression. I was celebrating my birthday during my stay, and the team went above and beyond by decorating the room so thoughtfully, it really made me feel special. The staff were warm and attentive throughout, always ready to help with a smile. The facilities were well maintained, the ambiance was relaxing, and overall it felt like a perfect getaway. Truly a memorable stay and highly recommended!

I love the style of this resort, very beautiful and nicely done. The garden looks great and well maintained. Food is delicious, we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. The private beach is ok, not particularly suitable for water activities. But the pool is nice. Staff are friendly. Overall great experience. I would choose this one again if I come back.

Everything was great 💯 The staff were super friendly and talkative. I was satisfied with the food there, it looked good and tasted delicious. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is located on a mountain, a bit of a distance from the town.

The hotel's proximity to the port made it very convenient for sea excursions. There's an ATM right outside, a small convenience store, and a street nearby offering boat/scooter rentals and dining options, which was very handy. The night market seafood wasn't as delicious as what we've had in Jakarta, and dining there in the evening was quite unpleasant due to the pervasive smoke. Complimentary airport transfers are a great plus. The hot water was excellent, which I was very satisfied with. I would definitely consider staying here again for future sea trips. Environment: On our second night, we returned to find a bag of trash inexplicably left outside our door, which was incredibly frustrating! 😡 Service: Good. Facilities: Good. Cleanliness: Acceptable (though the pillowcases consistently had visible stains).

Beautiful hotel and rooms. The lobby and room views are amazing. They organize a free snorkeling trip at a nearby beach. Staff are super friendly and lovely. Just be prepared that service can be a bit slow at breakfast. Coffee and eggs sometimes need several reminders. Some staff English is not so good but they try hard. So pls be patient and understanding I needed medical attention ( luckily not serious) but a call in doctor and medication took several hours. The hotel was very apologetic and tried their best to help. Overall Labuan Bajo is a slow service town so expect to be just chill and take things easy. Overall enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much and would highly recommend it. Beautiful sunset !

The view speaks for itself. Breathtaking! Amenities were all good. The room was slightly tight but nothing unmanageable. There's a tour desk downstairs ready to bring you to a very enjoyable adventurous tour (paid of course). They can pack breakfast for you in the morning to bring along. Sunrise, sunset, day view, night view - amazing. You won't regret coming here - you'll only regret leaving.

We have loved our stay at Lelewatu and feel very grateful to have been able to experience staying there. We stayed in a cliff pool view villa, the view is spectacular, the villa itself is so beautifully designed and very clean. The pool is a nice size, very clean and has such a beautiful outlook. The bathtub is lovely overlooking the ocean and fills up very fast with clean water. The bed is comfortable with soft and clean linen. The staff are all very helpful and kind and we really have enjoyed all meals that have been lovingly prepared and delivered to our room. As we were celebrating our anniversary the staff organised a beautiful table setting for dinner which was such a kind gesture. Although neither of these two things would deter us from staying again they are worth noting. 1 the villa floor itself is noticeably unlevel and tilts down a little towards the back wall of the villa. 2 If you are a surfer this location does prove a little difficult and the hotel itself does not have a boat for transfers nor were they able to supply us with a rental bike that has a surfboard rack. As my husband is an experienced rider and has previous experience of navigating in rural areas using google maps he managed, although the trips to find the waves were not too comfortable without having a surfboard rack. If you have your own car or rent a car with a driver that is familiar with the area this may be fine for you to get to the local surf spots which are all around 30 minutes from the hotel. There is surf at nearby Nihi however that beach is private for hotel guests only. This is an ideal resort for honeymooners, couples of families looking for peace and tranquility.

Air conditioning and hot water not working. Changed rooms and the hot water not working. This is unacceptable for an Aston Hotel. 

Simple and quite old interior. Location is about 5 - 6km from the city center, shuttle and airport pick-up are available. The staff is quite friendly, only I was disappointed with the PIC receptionist, I ordered take away breakfast because I was picked up in the morning by the tour for a 1 day trip, it turned out it was not provided. So on the day, I had to wait again. For the shuttle to the airport, it was also combined with guests with a 13.30 flight, asked to wait past the time I reserved, even though my flight was at 12 noon. The variety & quality of breakfast is very lacking for a 5 star hotel.

This hotel is very nice. The place and all the facilities look new and clean. The rooms are also very good (bed, mattress, shower, etc…) But, the service is terrible!!! The service is horrible!!! Special at the restaurant! Their service made me and my wife have an unpleasant experience in this hotel. The breakfast it’s the food from the day before, even the coffee! In the room’s tv they offer a SPA service but in the en they didn’t have any therapists available. In the restaurant we had to wait long long time for the food! I don’t recommend this hotel.
