The location is excellent, the surrounding area is safe, not far from various attractions, and next to the Spy Museum. The facilities are new, the room area is large enough, and the service is warm and thoughtful. The breakfast variety and taste are pretty good, it is worth recommending!

The location is perfect for arriving by Amtrak. The room is spacious and so is the bathroom. The only thing is the carpet is very old and wore that it just looked a bit dirty. I had to ask for slippers to walk around the room. Staff is polite but I can’t say they were very friendly. After all it’s Hilton and is expected to be polite and professional. One thing to note is there is no master switch for all the lights, occupants have to turn off all the light one by one

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Capitol. It is only 1.3 kilometers away from the East Building of the National Gallery of Art designed by I.M. Pei. If you have good legs, you can walk all the way to the Lincoln Memorial. The decoration style is simple. The bedroom is not big with a retractable big bed. There is a coffee machine and ice machine on each floor. The breakfast is very rich. You can get $10 back for each room with a credit card

Quite a convenient location within walking distance to White House. The hotel did not want to supply a kettle but finally did provide one as the phone in the room wasn’t working. The Italian restaurant there does serve some good food.

The location is very convenient, there are many cafes and restaurants around, try not to live in a room facing the street, it is too noisy at night. Don’t include breakfast either. The hotel’s breakfast is made to order, which is very slow. The breakfast in the nearest cafe outside is very good, which is only a three-star level in China.

The hotel's location is a definite plus, and the price is quite reasonable. It's incredibly convenient – you can reach the White House by just turning left out of the hotel and walking a few hundred meters. The subway station is also only two blocks away. However, the service was a bit lacking, particularly the mandatory $35 daily fee, which I found quite unreasonable. Additionally, the hotel's air conditioning unit is extremely old; it roared like a bomber when turned on.

Not far from Chinatown, there are also many luxury shops nearby. It is 1 to 2 kilometers away from the Lincoln Memorial of the White House, but DC was originally not big. The size of the room is ok and clean, that is, you will knock on the door early in the morning to ask if you want to clean the room. If you don't take the initiative to contact the room and ask for the room to be cleaned.

Such a lovely hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was great. Octopus appetizer, hamburger and salmon dish were all amazing. def recommend. Staff were nice. But the vallet was sooo expensive. $60 per night. i heard that you can park $30 per night just next to hotel. But there was a random male underwear on the top of the closet. Except the parking and cleanliness, everything was great and would like to stay again if i visit DC again.

It was simply GREAT! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Pleasant atmosphere. Everything was also very neat. We had booked a room with a king size bed and the room was very spacious, very handy if you travel with large luggage, the bed was also fantastic. Good mattress and pillows. We also ate in the hotel restaurant, personally I thought it was a bit too expensive and there were no other people there which made the atmosphere a bit strange. The parking of the hotel itself was also a bit on the pricey side.

GGuest UserThe decoration looks like an old-fashioned hotel, so the facilities are a little bit worse. But the room is big enough, the health is good, there is a coffee machine, and the customer service staff are also very polite. It takes about ten minutes to get to the station.

GGuest UserLocation is good, pretty close to the airport. No airport shuttle service though. Front desk people are nice and friendly. Room is clean. Love the neighborhood around the hotel. Many good restaurants within walking distance. It also takes about 15 minutes walking to the nearest metro station. My girls also loved the outdoor swimming pool. It’s pretty nice to swim in a pool with Washington Monument in the background. Definitely recommend this place to the families with kids.

GGuest UserThis hotel is hard to describe, because it was booked for a temporary night, and I went directly to the front desk and said there was no room, but I booked it on Ctrip, and the room WiFi was charged. The front desk searched for a long time, the service was very bad, and I had already paid in full on Ctrip. I also received a pre-authorization of 750 dollars in 3 days, and I booked another one at the same time. The front desk kept saying that the room was full, and then I contacted Ctrip at 12:00 at night. Looking for a hotel upstairs, I changed a front desk staff with a very good attitude and helped us open the room. The hotel canceled the buffet breakfast due to the epidemic, and now they order food online by themselves, and each order will charge a delivery fee of 6 dollars. The breakfast portion is quite large, which is not bad. Because we went out late, we didn’t clean up on the first day. We said it was cleaned on 7-8 every day. When we left, we called the front desk and they would come to clean. The next day we called the front desk, and the front desk complained why we went out so late .

PPhoebe ChristenI really enjoyed my experience at The Morrow! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. My room was Beautiful with no issues and was very clean. Overall, the hotel itself is Beautiful. I wish they would have more of a variety for food choices but at the moment there is only one main French restaurant to dine at. However, a rooftop bar and lounge should be opening in the summer which will definitely draw more attention.

IIainThis was such a great discovery. Within easy walking distance of Union Station and Capitol Hill, I arrived after midnight, but the 24 hour concierge was on hand to welcome me, and quickly assist when I realised I was missing an email with door entry codes (resolved with one phone call to a 24/7 support line.) The suite itself was vast, light and airy, spotlessly clean and well equipped with mostly brand new cooking utensils, silverware, etc. All you could need from the kitchen, and a relaxing lounge area. The roof of the building boasts a pool large enough to do lengths, and the gym, shared with the Marriott Hotel next door was enormous, and well equipped with fully functioning equipment - rarely occupied by more that 6-8 others when I used it. Several local supermarkets are within 5 mins walk, and the receptionist was more than happy to let me leave my bag for the day after checkout and work from their relaxing lobby space.

IirisncipThe hotel has an artsy vibe and the decorations are very modern. It has onsite parking ($52/night) which makes life easier for us. There was a bit of hiccup during our check in as someone from Trip.com cancelled our booking on the day I made the booking. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us contact here and there to ensure we get the room back. Will definitely stay here again when coming to visit DC.

GGuest UserI stayed two nights on a business trip, and overall it was great. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and helped me with a few things throughout the stay. The lobby's nothing special - just a desk and a few steps to the elevator, and there's an underlying smell from the gas heat. The rooms themselves are great. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and I was given a room facing the back of the hotel so it was very quiet (I'll always choose quiet over view). There's a Welcome Hour every evening from 5-6 where you can get a glass of wine/beer or cocktail for free, which is a nice touch, and there are water refill (still or sparkling!) and ice stations on every floor. Overall, it was a great stay.
