I chose this airport hotel because I had a flight the next day. They have a shuttle bus that gets you to the airport in 5 minutes. The triple room consisted of two connecting rooms that were opened up, so it was quite spacious and had air conditioning. The bathroom was decent. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money.
The hotel boasts an excellent location. It's just a few minutes' flat walk from the train station, and the lake is also easily reachable within about 10 minutes on foot.
There are two 4-star Manotel hotels side-by-side. One appears more contemporary. I booked this one, expecting a more traditional or classic feel. To my surprise, only the lobby had a classic European style; the rooms were very modern, likely recently renovated.
Despite being a hotel, the kitchen facilities are surprisingly comprehensive and impeccably clean.
We booked a triple room, which was a good size, featuring a large bed and a sofa bed. The duvet provided for the sofa bed was rather thin, but the main bed was incredibly comfortable. The room came with a good selection of amenities, including slippers, shower caps, cotton swabs, toiletries, and coffee capsules.
The bathroom heating was on, but we couldn't manage to turn off the air conditioning in the room. As we arrived past 11 PM and had an early departure the next morning, we decided to just make do and get some sleep.
Breakfast was quite impressive, offering a generous spread including smoked salmon, a variety of hot and cold meats, and golden kiwi fruit.
The lobby also features a piano for guests' use.
Right next to Geneva train station, the location is unbeatable! It only takes 5 minutes to get to the platform to catch a train. Buses and trams are all around, making it super convenient to go anywhere. There's a Burger King right across the street, and McDonald's is just a quick walk across the road on the pedestrian street. They sent an email in advance for check-in info, but it seems they didn't send the Geneva City Card beforehand; you have to ask for it upon arrival. However, it didn't matter since I had a Swiss Travel Pass. The room was quite spacious and had a bathtub. It seemed to have central air conditioning, as it didn't feel hot at all even staying in the middle of summer in June. Overall, great value for money!
Good location near Geneva Lake and from the airport. Train station and public transport very accessible. Room size adequate though bathroom configuration is a little strange. If you are driving, be aware the basement garage access is extremely tight and if you have a big car, good luck not getting it damage, like I did. Breakfast is good too. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, though it was on the high $ side. But all of Switzerland is $$ side.
Very clean hotel with microwave, coffee machine & kettle. Towels are plush. Can ask for additional amenities items at counter. Airport shuttle runs every 20 mins till midnight, very convenient.
We traveled from Geneva Airport, there is free shuttle service provided. Just wait outside the arrival exit, u can catch the shuttle bus.
It is very near to the airport yet not fair from the city centre. The hotel provides City pass to its guests who pay city tax, with the pass, we can take tram/bus/train within the Geneva City.
Our visit to Geneva this time is mainly to attend the Watches and Wonders even 2025, which the bus stop of the shuttle bus to Palexpo is just around the corner.
The hotel is new and clean, same as most of the Switzerland hotel, they don't provide slippers as shower cap, but shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.
We bought the breakfast, it is not much variety but taste good, simple be nice.
This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it.
1. Geneva is quite expensive; for instance, a McDonald's meal for two can cost 300 RMB.
2. The hotel was spotless, very cozy, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. Its location is excellent, very close to the train station, and despite being street-facing, it was surprisingly quiet.
3. I also recommend a popular restaurant right behind the train station – it's always bustling but easy to find.

It was a good stay, as we can prepare simple breakfast. They even prepared the sofa bed so that we can sleep comfortably. The AC didn’t work initially but after we checked with receptionist we managed to on it. The toilet has half covered glass which makes the water splash out and wet the floor of the whole bathroom, we have to be extra careful as we have a child with us. Slippery toilets are pretty dangerous. Otherwise all great.

EEmmanuel HemmerléI was going to arrive late in the evening last night so I wrote the hotel to enquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They told me very diligent it and precisely about their shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk person, a Swiss gentleman, was extremely hospitable, friendly, authentic, detailed in a good sense, helpful and professional. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day. What a great way to welcome a guest. Really best practice. Lots of desk employees around the world should learn from him!
The room was very nice, all fine. Large enough, and having all amenities.
Excellent lunch at the hotel: very good cuisine.
I needed to leave my luggage at the concierge: they did it all very well.
The only point for improvement: when I left, I asked a lady at the reception, apparently Swiss, to help me get my luggage back and book a taxi for me. She did it but in a cold and distant way. She should go find another job in a different industry. One where she can continue being unfriendly.
MM483485****The room was well-appointed and spotlessly clean, the overall environment was pleasant, and the service was excellent! The hotel reception is conveniently located above a COOP supermarket. Guests can take the elevator directly from the underground parking garage to the lobby on the 0th floor, which is extremely convenient. The only minor drawback was that the room felt a bit small. While two 28-inch suitcases on the floor would certainly obstruct movement, we found that placing them on the bay window freed up a lot of space and made the room much more comfortable.
NnarcissashiThe room is considered big in Switzerland. The hotel also sent an email in advance reminding me that I can get the Geneva transportation card for free, which is very considerate.

BBenny Hon ChungThe hotel is in a central location which is only a few minutes walk from the railway station and the old town where the cathedral and all the big luxury brands can be found. There are a lot of restaurants in its vicinity. The hotel is a bit old but very clean and comfortable. The room is spacious and sound proofing is excellent. The staff are extremely polite, welcoming, and accomodating. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's check in time is 1500 but we were given a room when we arrived at 1210. The gentleman and lady at the reception counter even gave us a city map and took several minutes telling us where to go. The two reception girls in the afternoon also showed us their welcoming smiles every time they saw us. When we called to request to have a kettle the hotel gave us not just a kettle but a whole lot of instant coffee and tea bags. Wow what a surprise to receive such excellent service in a small 4 star hotel! I highly recommend it to all travellers who want to receive exceptional service.

OoggybangkokThis is more like a Travelodge not what I would expect from this quality of hotel that maybe they have a different agenda in Europe very convenient for the airport but that's about all I can say for it except the staff who were amazing and very friendly
GGuest UserMy friend and I had thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Don't be discouraged with this not being in the city centre because the free public transport is just outside the hotel. Make sure to check out the 4th floor of the hotel because the view of the mountain is amazing.
The mini kitchen is handy for us. And with Lidl just a few steps away, we had some delicious cheap meal.
Guys from the airport, ask the information desk where the metro stop. Don't take a taxi but take the metro and make sure you get your mobile free transport pass. From the airport it is only less than 10 mins ride. We did not spend a penny exploring the city and transport to the airport.
I hardly write a review, but it is worth writing this to help others.
