5-Star Hotels in Cairo Governorate, Egypt

True to its reputation as a top-tier hotel, both the service and cleanliness were exceptional. It's perfectly situated and incredibly convenient for a layover at Cairo International Airport. A direct skybridge connects the hotel to Terminal 3, making it just a 5-minute walk.

I would like to share my experience at Hilton Cairo Heliopolis was really wonderful and the staff was very polite and friendly and very cooperative specially Ahmed Zizo at the reception and other restaurants staff and room services was really too helpful

We were given a side Nile-view room on the quieter side, and they even allowed us to check in early at 10:30 AM, which was a nice bonus! 👍 The hotel's location, luxurious feel, and the staff's attitude and warmth were all excellent. The main issues were that the room's facilities were a bit old, and the sheets felt a little damp, making for an uncomfortable sleep.

I recently stayed at this hotel and here’s my honest review: The staff are truly wonderful – very polite, friendly, and always cheerful, which made the experience much more pleasant. I also appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport, which is a huge convenience. On top of that, the price is about 50% lower compared to the nearby hotels, making it a very cost-effective choice. On the downside, the hotel is quite old and definitely needs better attention to cleanliness. The rooms, in particular, require full renovation to bring them up to modern standards. Overall, despite these issues, it’s still a great budget-friendly option for anyone looking to stay near the airport.

My stay at the Ramses Hilton Cairo was a mixed bag. The Nile views were undeniably spectacular, a constant, breathtaking backdrop. The location, central and convenient for exploring, was a major plus. Staff were generally welcoming and helpful. However, the hotel felt a bit dated; some areas seemed to need a refresh. While the dining options were adequate, they weren't exceptional. The pool area was a welcome respite from the Cairo heat. Overall, the Ramses Hilton offers good value, primarily due to its location and views, but don't expect a modern, luxurious experience. It's a solid, comfortable stay with a classic Cairo charm.

The hotel is near the airport and we can get to the airport in early morning as we had an early flight. We had a welcoming drinks when we arrived and it was very good. The room is large and comfortable and the staff is helpful too. We paid an extra fee for early check in the morning for cleaning ourselves and it is acceptable for that.

The lobby looks very glamorous. However, the room and other facilities are definitely out dated!!! The riverside restaurant/cafe is superb in terms of scenery. And interestingly, they don’t serve alcoholic beverages there 🤷♂️

The hotel is actually very big, with a gym. The front desk and rooms are in two buildings, which are a bit far away. I think it looks like a nursing home, or a hotel in a residential area. It's okay, okay, okay.

Cairo Marriott Mena House left an indelible impression on me. With stunning views of the Pyramids of Giza, impeccable service, and elegant rooms, this 5-star hotel provided a truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it for a luxurious stay in Cairo.

Disadvantages: The room facilities are a bit old, the wash basin is loose and shaking; the quilt cover and bed sheet are pilling, and I asked to change them twice before I got a non-pilling one. There is nothing to visit around, it is far from the city, and there are almost no restaurants to choose from. The breakfast is also relatively monotonous. Advantages: The service staff is friendly and willing to help. High cost performance. Overall, 4 points.
