Join us for a “back to school” Women’s Self Defense workshop! This is for ALL women 16+ Come join us for this workshop as we dive into all types of scenarios and situations where women feel unsafe, uncomfortable, and less powered. We focus on using our voices and our mind to protect ourselves. This program uses creative problem-solving with scenario based learnings so you can take away real and practical technique that works best for your body and your mind. Bring a friend or 5!!
