Backpacker-favorite Khao San Road and nearby Rambutree are the most popular destinations for celebrating Songkran in Thailand, where there is no limit to the fun and joy of Thai tradition and fun. If you walk on the streets, be prepared to get soaked. Even newly arrived backpackers can't escape the baptism of water splashing. Held from April 13 to 15, Songkran is a huge national celebration, with everyone holding huge water guns and wearing Hawaiian-style "water splashing suits". The traditional water splashing ceremony represents the washing away of sins.

The Grand Palace is located in the heart of Bangkok, Thailand, next to the Chao Phraya River. It was built in 1782 and is a Siam style building that houses the residence of the Bangkok dynasty of Rama I to VIII. The total area of the Grand Palace is 218400 square meters, with 28 buildings, which is the essence of Thai architecture, painting, sculpture and decorative art, known as the &quot;Thai Art Daquan&quot;. After the assassination of Rama VIII in 1946, the Grand Palace opened to the public and became a famous attraction in Thailand.

Get the ticket code and go to the window to queue up to exchange for the physical ticket. Overall, it is very fast, remember to queue up!
