Ten-year-old Yixuan, while visiting a museum, stumbles upon an alternate world of cultural relics. Joined by a cast of anthropomorphic artifacts, including Xiaoshan (a Chinese incense burner), Zunchang (an Egyptian pharaoh), and Abing (a Greek pottery pot), she embarks on a journey back home, traversing Chinese, Egyptian, and Greek civilizations. The play, created for love by the Kongke Drama Studio and a non-professional cast including students from the Xinghai Conservatory of Music's musical drama program, academic editors, and vocal teachers, explores the looting of cultural relics, identity, and cultural sovereignty through a child's perspective.
Over ten pieces composed by professional musician Ou Runsheng are featured throughout the play: the mother-daughter duet is heartwarming and tear-jerking, the villain's solo is gorgeous and playful, and the final battle chorus is passionate and electrifying. Onstage, spiral staircases, gauze projections, lighting, and real-life gimmicks instantly transform the exhibition hall, prison, and harbor, creating an immersive "Wonderful Night at the Museum." The 90-minute, no-intermission performance allows children to learn about history through a game-like plot, while adults, through moments of both laughter and tears, reconsider the contemporary question of "bringing cultural relics home."

I signed up my kids for an overnight stay at the aquarium on the Squirrel Study app. There were professional teachers explaining marine animals, and we could camp and sleep in tents with our friends. The food was also pretty good, and everyone had a great time. The next day, after the activity ended, we went to the beach and rented an air sofa and a lounge chair.

Shenzhen Wildlife Park is a fantastic place for children to take their children out. The park boasts a wide variety of animals, and you can see lions, tigers, and pandas up close, which was a real delight for the kids. The park is well-planned, making walking around easy. There are also miniature trains and performances along the way, making it a perfect place for families. The environment is also very clean, and the staff are very welcoming. I&#39;ll definitely be back!

The boardwalk is the most photogenic spot! Every snap is a masterpiece. An hour or so of walking and snapping is enough. Try to find the perfect spot!

This street is quite unique, with Shenzhen on one side and Hong Kong on the other, right under your feet. With old banyan trees, boundary markers, and old-fashioned buildings, you can feel the history all around you. It&#39;s quite novel to be able to see the Hong Kong streetscape from the other side without leaving the border.
The street is full of small shops, mainly selling daily necessities, snacks, and cosmetics. The prices are more affordable than outside, and they&#39;re great for buying Hong Kong-style seasonings and snacks.
Remember to make free reservations online in advance and bring your ID. Weekends are more crowded, but weekdays are more pleasant. The area isn&#39;t large, so an hour or so is enough to wander around. It&#39;s a great place to soak up the unique atmosphere and snap some period photos.
