With 2 million attendees each year, the Seoul Lantern Festival is one of the city's well-known cultural celebrations. Held along Cheonggyecheon in central Seoul in November, the event includes hundreds of exquisite life-size lanterns, made by artists and local residents from around the world. During the two-week festival, various lantern-related activities will be held, including a lantern-making competition.

There are many lanterns on the Qingxi River, you can see them from the top of the bridge, or you can go down and walk along the river. The colors are colorful and you can enjoy it during the day, but the night when the lights are on is very beautiful. When I went, it was warm so it was easy to walk, and the river wasn&#39;t frozen, but it&#39;s cold depending on the time of year, so I think it&#39;s a good idea to walk in a warm dress. It&rsquo;s definitely worth going up the tower to see the view of Seoul. Make sure you go on a clear day. Buying tickets online has instant delivery and is much cheaper than at the ticket booth. I didn&rsquo;t book in advance and it was no problem.

you can climb up on foot in about 1.5 - 2 hours, from the side of Myeongdong there is a nice village, which is worth a walk. If you have a hard time climbing, it is better to use the funicular. Also, there are almost no kiosks selling water along the way

Walking on the streets of Seoul, Gyeongboo Palace is like a shining pearl, quietly telling ancient stories. Stepping into the palace gate, as if passing through time and space, the quaint buildings shine in the sun. Along the Zhonghe Temple, each brick and tile carries the weight of history. The relics displayed in the palace silently tell the glory and vicissitudes of the Korean dynasty. I stood in front of the palace, looking up at the tall buildings, and my heart was filled with awe. Walking in the garden of the palace, trees are shaded and flowers are blooming. The brocade in the pond is leisurely and seems to be enjoying this quiet time. I stroll along the corridor, enjoying the surrounding scenery and feeling the perfect integration of history and nature. Gyeongboo Palace is not only a palace, but also a witness to history. Here, I seem to see the rise and fall of the Korean dynasty, and feel the unique charm of Korean culture. This is an unforgettable trip, which gives me a deeper understanding of Korean history and culture.
