Mueck is renowned for his surrealist sculptures that raise fundamental questions about human existence, life and death. His works are so detailed that they are indistinguishable from real people, exploring all aspects of life through the human figure. The exhibition’s signature work, Mass, consists of giant human skulls that resemble a tower of death, and asks one to ponder the fundamental concepts of human existence both physically and mentally. The title alone gives one a sense of the ambiguity of the work. The word “mass” can refer to both a large amount and a huge amount, and each viewer has a different interpretation. In addition to this work, you can also see Ron Mueck’s signature work Woman, which depicts a pregnant woman. In addition, the exhibition will feature photographs and documentaries shot by Gautier de Blonde that document the creative process of Ron Mueck’s works. you can climb up on foot in about 1.5 - 2 hours, from the side of Myeongdong there is a nice village, which is worth a walk. If you have a hard time climbing, it is better to use the funicular. Also, there are almost no kiosks selling water along the way

Walking on the streets of Seoul, Gyeongboo Palace is like a shining pearl, quietly telling ancient stories. Stepping into the palace gate, as if passing through time and space, the quaint buildings shine in the sun. Along the Zhonghe Temple, each brick and tile carries the weight of history. The relics displayed in the palace silently tell the glory and vicissitudes of the Korean dynasty. I stood in front of the palace, looking up at the tall buildings, and my heart was filled with awe. Walking in the garden of the palace, trees are shaded and flowers are blooming. The brocade in the pond is leisurely and seems to be enjoying this quiet time. I stroll along the corridor, enjoying the surrounding scenery and feeling the perfect integration of history and nature. Gyeongboo Palace is not only a palace, but also a witness to history. Here, I seem to see the rise and fall of the Korean dynasty, and feel the unique charm of Korean culture. This is an unforgettable trip, which gives me a deeper understanding of Korean history and culture.
