What blooms in the garden when the night falls? What springs from our hands when creativity strikes in the dark? Join local artists Laura Allen and Esther Toclo as they explore endemic plants and textures that grow by the Whau river through clay and cordage works. Inspired by their shared experiences of creating a garden and crafting at night, the two artists exchange knowledge through materials: porcelain, tī kouka muka and recycled textiles. Their works will be viewable at night at the Avondale Community Garden and the windows of All Goods - art space. Opening day: Saturday 3 May, 11 am - 1 pm Laura & Esther will open up the space and invite you to try your hand at some airdry clay experiments and simple cordage making. You will be able to take your piece home or create one to leave as a gift for the show. Show open days: Friday, 11:30 am - 1 pm | May 9 Saturdays, 11:30 - 1 pm | May 10 & 17 Sundays, 4-5 pm | May 4 & 11 Closing day: Sunday 18 May, 11 am - 1 pm Funded by the good folks at Arts Whau / Whau Local Board

The venue is slightly smaller, but the content is still very rich, and rainy days do not affect the fun at all. It is very suitable for playing with the nearby Mission Bay. The souvenirs inside are very cute and I bought several plush 😘

There are many interactive exhibits, especially suitable for taking children out. There are also Chinese services, which is recommended.

Although Mount Eden is not high, you can overlook the whole of Auckland from the top of the mountain, and the view is particularly wide. The remains of the crater are clearly visible, covered with green grass, a peaceful green. It is not difficult to walk all the way up. You can also see sheep grazing on the hillside. Their leisurely appearance makes people can&#39;t help but take a few more photos.
