Facilitated by Ms. Yammie Chin (Registered Clinical Psychologist & Perinatal Mental Health Specialist) and Syafiqah Faizal(Artist & Art Educator), each workshop will explore a different theme. You'll dive into creative tools and techniques ranging from doodling and collage to coloring, creative list-making, and poetry. Each session includes a guided mindfulness meditation to help you start on a calm note.
