Join the Jr. HEAT Basketball Clinic at The Underline sponsored by Swire Properties in Miami. This free basketball skills camp is perfect for kids aged 8 to 14. Led by the Miami HEAT and taught by Jr. HEAT coaches, this eight-week clinic will focus on different basketball skills each week. Participants will also learn valuable life skills, respect, and sportsmanship. The clinic will take place at The Underline's Flex Court in the Urban Gym, a flexible outdoor recreational space. Gates and registration open at 8:45 AM, with the clinic starting at 9:00 AM. Registration is required as the event has a capacity of up to 30 attendees. To get there, you can take the Metrorail to Brickell Metrorail Station and walk to the Urban Gym. If driving, public parking lots at Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village are available. Remember to come prepared with water, sunscreen, light snacks, and a raincoat/umbrella, as the Urban Gym and Flex Court are outdoors. In case of rain, the event will be postponed by email. This clinic is organized by Friends of The Underline, a non-profit organization that provides free community programs. Consider making a donation to support their initiatives.
