Conscious aging invites us to embrace aging not just as a passage of time but as a developmental stage of life. It’s an opportunity to harvest the wisdom gained from our experiences, embrace new possibilities, and shed the fears and societal patterns that often hold us back. By shifting our focus from “doing” to “being,” we open ourselves to creativity, resilience, and deeper wisdom—moving from role to soul.
Dr. Trish Davis is a gerontologist and social psychologist with 10+ years in the field of aging and education. Certified in Conscious Aging, over two afternoon sessions she will engage participants in creative exercises, gentle yoga, and guided meditation designed to bring awareness to the intentional journey of conscious aging and living.
