Get ready for the most prestigious Clydesdale running and walking event in the world, Big Man Run XXIV "I'll Be Back." Join us on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 12:00pm at The Ark Bowl & BBQ in Arkville, NY. This event is not for the faint-hearted, as participants must complete a 4.4-mile course that winds through rural roads, farmland, and downtown Margaretville.

What sets this event apart is the unique challenge that awaits the participants. At three stops along the course, runners will not only need to catch their breath but also fuel up with a Fenway Frank and a refreshing 12oz beer. However, be warned, any sign of vomiting will result in disqualification.

This event is open to all men weighing 190lbs or more, but we also welcome a few "skinnies" to join in on the fun. There are several divisions based on weight, including Clydesdale Open and Clydesdale Masters, each with their own weight categories. The winners of each division will receive well-deserved applause.
