Housed in the former Supreme Court building, the UOB Southeast Asia Gallery features over 300 artworks that trace shared artistic impulses across Southeast Asia. Beginning in the mid-19th century, the exhibition navigates Southeast Asia’s art history as an ongoing encounter with the new, as artists across the region negotiate the meaning of art and seek to reinvent vernacular expressions and aesthetics. Presented largely chronologically and interspersed with key turning points in artistic sensibilities, the exhibition also identifies how art is inextricably linked to the region’s turbulent social and political history. 
The exhibition owes its title to Chairil Anwar, one of Indonesia’s most cherished poets. In his 1948 poem Krawang-Bekasi, Chairil Anwar lamented the massacre of villagers by Dutch colonial troops in West Java, giving vent to the desire for national independence at the time. This line can also be said of the experience of many artists in the region, caught between manifesto and dream, personal and political. 
The curatorial narrative explores four themed locations in roughly chronological order, each of which critically examines common artistic impulses in the region during each period: Authority and Anxiety, Imagining the Nation and the Self, Performing the Nation, and Redefining Art.

Overall, it is OK, it is smaller, there is no Beijing Global University and more content. I encountered a problem with a project. It took about an hour. After the repair, I entered, and the place to play was broken. The water world is not open, this experience is almost a bit.

A unique and beautiful experience with the safari and night marketplace, but hard to see the animals in the night with a lot of people, and a bit redundant after a visit to the Rainforest Wildlife Asia in the day. For $45, this two hour visit is not the best value for the money.

It&rsquo;s fun to watch the performance, the sound effect is good, and there will be staff with small animals around you. It&rsquo;s just that this small train is not sitting. I can&rsquo;t see anything at night. The surrounding animals are far away and stinky. . .

Skyline Luge, a super exciting experience! Starting from the top of Imbiah Hill in Sentosa, the child sat on the sled and sped down the 650-meter runway from the height of a 12-story building. The speed was controlled by him, which was both exciting and safe. There are 4 slides to choose from. The child chose the green line with more curves and exclaimed that it was addictive. After sliding to the foot of the mountain, take the aerial chair back to the starting point. From the chair, you can overlook Sentosa and Singapore&rsquo;s city skyline, which is beautiful. You can also see the beautiful sunset in the evening and experience the romance of the &quot;Sunset Coaster&quot;. The children were still not satisfied with the play. It is highly recommended to parent-child families. It is a must-do project in Singapore!

A place worth checking out. This is a national art gallery rebuilt from two old buildings. It is said to cost hundreds of millions. The left is the old Supreme Court, and the right is the former Municipal Building. The splicing is very cleverly designed, and the original appearance of the court is preserved as much as possible. The Municipal Building witnessed the inauguration of President Lee Kuan Yew and the surrender of Japan. Several sky corridors are very photogenic. There are many exhibition halls inside, so take a walk slowly. It is very cold in the exhibition hall, so remember to bring a coat.
