Alt Wedding Fair will be live from 
Hockley Social Club
 on November 16th 2025, 11am until 4pm. Hosted at an accessible, wheelchair friendly venue with over 30 varied, alternative and inclusive suppliers and entertainers running through the day.
Tickets start from £5 (+ fees) for general admission. Our RIP tickets include a bag full of exclusive goodies to help you plan your ultimate dream alternative wedding day with access to deals from our vendors.
The day is split into 3 acts.
11am - 12pm - Accessibility hour
. There will be a limited number of tickets available for quiet hour for a less overwhelming & over stimulating environment for attendees who may need more space.
With reduced attendee numbers, no music and calming vibes, it allows you to experience the fair in a quieter environment for those who need it. 1 free PA ticket available alongside a paying ticket - please contact

12pm - 2pm Session
. With music and entertainment running through the day and plenty of opportunity to meet all our suppliers and discuss all things wedding!
2pm - 4pm Session
. Everything included in 12-2 just slightly later
Free entry for under 16s - All ages welcome but please note there may be adult themes on some stands

Children love it, it&#39;s a must for families with kids! I saw British schools also organize students to play there. Overall, it&#39;s more worthwhile than the Whisky Museum and the Peter Rabbit Museum. The first two are actually worth going to the shopping malls to buy something, and the doors of the shopping malls are open to passers-by.

We made a dedicated trip and had a lovely few hours. There was lots to see with split levels that kept your interest. The penguins were nice, the octopus made an appearance and we would have loved to see more of the otters., we see the otters.. There is plenty to see, read and touch. My grand daughter loved it all, the turtle in the tunnel is beautiful . It was clean, and we had a great time, would definitely go back, staff were helpful,its really nice and deserve to be visited again and again.

For a smaller town the Art Museum as great. We really enjoyed our visit and would recommend it if you are traveling to Birmingham. Make sure to call ahead to see if they are open.

It&#39;s not hard to find something to eat here.
However, the food at this restaurant was a bit disappointing.
