Natural disasters, war, famine, political upheavel can change our lives in an instant...the place we called home...suddenly isn't...! Li Po Chun United World College is a pre-university boarding school hosting students from 90 different nationalities. As well as studying the rigorous IB Diploma, LPCUWC is one of 18 colleges around the world, with a mission to nurture future world leaders for peace and sustainability.  Branches of Hope is a local charity, serving refugees, asylum seekers and human trafficking survivors in Hong Kong. Their mission is to restore dignity, justice, and hope to the vulnerable and marginalised in Hong Kong.  What is the ‘A Place Called Home’ Verbatim Theatre performance? A group of LPCUWC students will work together to produce a public performance in just one week! At the start of the week, the students will meet and interview a group of refugees and asylum seekers facilitated by Branches of Hope. The students will adapt the interviews into a play script and rehearse the performance. At the end of the week, the performance will tell the stories of the refugee/asylum seeker experience in Hong Kong and serve as an awareness and fund raiser for the community...! In a world increasingly intolerant of those in need, make a difference...come see the show...!

The Fringe Club is a British-style red brick building that stands out in the bustling city of Central. Its vault was converted into a cafe, retaining its original characteristics and strong sense of art. The food quality is just average, and the coffee is just OK, but more importantly, it is not easy to get a moment of peace and rest in the bustling city.

[种草R] Different from the feeling in Mong Kok, Kowloon, Central, Hong Kong Island gives me a more urban and modern feeling. The road is not much wider than Kowloon, but the shopping malls and high-rise buildings with full texture on both sides are sandwiched on both sides. Combined with the atmosphere of rainy days, every shutter is a blockbuster.

Hong Kong Disneyland: As the &quot;mini&quot; park in Disney&#39;s global layout, its advantage is that the project is compact and can be quickly visited on foot. 2025 coincides with the 20th anniversary of Hong Kong Disneyland, and there will be themed decorations and limited activities in the park; but tourists generally report that the service level is uneven, some staff members have an assembly line attitude, the number of parade floats is small, and the duration is only about 2 minutes. The experience is slightly discounted compared to other Disney parks, and it is more suitable for families with tight schedules or young children.

I went to Ocean Park during a typhoon in Hong Kong last year. The old theme park is indeed old and there are not many attractions to play. It was sometimes sunny and sometimes rainy, which slightly ruined the mood. But I did see a lot of marine animals. I can also feel that Ocean Park is trying to be younger and has done a lot of public welfare activities to protect animals. I feel that it will be very suitable for children&#39;s education.

Be sure to check the weather before going!!! It&#39;s really beautiful!!! When we went back, there were only my friend and I in the carriage. We didn&#39;t have to queue for the panoramic view. Sometimes you still have to be a RMB player.
