Renowned artist Natalie Day will be leading a workshop called "Spirit of Cornwall: Mixed Media Landscapes" at the Royal Cornwall Museum in Truro on December 16, 2023. This workshop is part of a series of one-off workshops in the Spirit of Cornwall program. Natalie Day, a natural world artist based in Cornwall, will guide participants in the exploration of combining collage, painting, writing, and drawing to create unique abstract landscapes. The workshop encourages participants to be curious and inquisitive, using simple and fun methods to create their own artwork. During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to experiment with natural pigments and create their own paints from the earth. Under his guidance, TRFC has seen a significant increase in membership, including girls, ladies, touch rugby, as well as the traditional minis, youth, and senior teams. Joining us as ambassadors for this event are Rob Butland, Head of Commercial & Development for Cornwall Cornwall RLFC, and Coach Brian Smallworth, who has coached American Football for over 55 years. Rob is dedicated to ensuring equal access to sports in Cornwall and positioning the club as a valuable asset for the long-term prosperity of the region.
