Join us for a day of games and competition. Follow the trail around the garden and surrounding areas and you will find 10 games from 10 different historical eras...rack up points by completing the games, along with the knowledge questions, to be the family who tops the Tournament through Time leaderboard. £3 per trail sheet The trail will run 10.30am - 4pm (last entry 3pm) Once you arrive make your way from the car park to the Courtyard where a gazebo will be set up for you to collect your trail sheet. Join the North East Ranger Service to experience the amazing spectacle of hundreds of Soprano Pipistrelle bats returning to their maternity roost at dawn in the Haddo House courtyard. Starting with an introduction to bats and what makes them so unique and how we tell them apart by sight and sound, we will then enjoy the twirling displays as they return to roost as the sun rises. This event is aimed at adults and older children (14 -18 years). We will meet at the welcome board between the car park and Courtyard, before moving into the courtyard itself which is a short walk of approx. 50m on level graded surface.
