AKASHIC RECORD CORD CUTTING SOUND BATH | SAVASANA | Breathwork & Meditation

AKASHIC RECORD CORD CUTTING SOUND BATH | SAVASANA | Breathwork & Meditation

Sep 10, 2025 (UTC-7)
Burnaby
Cultural Experiences
By accessing your Akashic Records, you open the doorway to the wisdom of your soul. The Records are a frequency we can all connect to—beyond time and space—that hold all thoughts, emotions, circumstances, events, and possibilities: past, present, and future. Cord cutting is a practice of clearing heavy, negative, or unwanted attachments to individuals, events, objects, or places. Energetic cords can keep us stuck in outdated narratives, distracted from our truth, and disconnected from possibility. This process uplifts the energy of whatever you cut cords with, allowing the relationship or experience to shift into its highest potential. It does not require you to physically remove anyone or anything from your life; rather, when soul contracts are fulfilled, relationships may naturally evolve or end—creating space for new possibilities. When practiced within the Akashic Records, cord cutting is amplified by the support of your guides, who assist in releasing cords and freeing your energy. This session is embraced by the soothing waves of crystal alchemy sound bowls. Their resonant vibrations and healing frequencies deepen the release, restore balance, and realign you with your highest self—leaving you lighter, freer, and renewed! —Signs It’s Time to Cut Cords:— -Feeling dependent or drained -Anger, anxiety, or resentment -Struggling to let go of the past or a specific person, place, event, or habit -Obsessive thinking or difficulty moving on Cord cutting can also immensely improve relationships—whether parent–child, romantic, friendships, or siblings—by dissolving unhealthy habits such as co-dependency, lack of trust, or miscommunication. It can even help clear lingering blocks from past relationships, opening the way for healthier, more fulfilling connections in the future. This Session Also Includes: -Aromatherapy -Sage & Palo Santo Cleansing -Meditation Blend Herbal Tea -Oracle Cards EVENT DETAILS & DIRECTIONS TO STUDIO: Parking: There is free street parking Entrance: From Hastings Street, Go up the stairs at ‘The Enterprise Center’ ( to the left of ‘Anytime Fitness’, directly across the street from 'Green and Oak' ), take your first left after the stairs, then walk straight down the hall to the studio on your right WHAT TO BRING: -Yoga mat (please contact us directly if you need to reserve one to rent) -Blanket -Pillow/cushion (recommended for extra comfort) -Eye covering (optional) -Wear comfy clothing CANCELLATION POLICY: We require at least 24 hours notice to receive a refund *Please allow yourself extra time to find parking and arrive 10 minutes in advance to settle in. Breathwork Journey Conscious Connected Breathwork* is an experiential practice that has therapeutic benefits. By consciously and actively breathing in a connected, circular pattern, we can access our vast internal terrain and connect deeply to ourselves. This 1 hour journey will be practiced lying down to intentionally curated music. Instruction on the breath will be provided, and you will be safely supported throughout. Breathwork can provide openings into the soma, the energetic body, our psyche, emotions, and non-ordinary states of consciousness. Practicing this style of breathwork for a sustained period of time can shift typical patterns of thinking, catalyze expanded states of awareness, allow us to access our intuition and gain powerful insights into ourselves, release stored emotions, stress and tension, balance the nervous system, and enter into deep states of rest and relaxation. Led by Certified Breathwork Facilitators Marc Dube and Erin Henderson of OCEA Breathwork. Marc and Erin have been practicing this style of breathwork for over five years, became certified faciltators in July 2024, and have both worked with others in the health and wellness field for many years. Fleet Forward is a free, full-day event designed for anyone exploring how medium- and heavy-duty zero-emission vehicles (MHD ZEVs) can work for their operations. The day's agenda is informed by engagement with local governments and fleet operators from the public and private sector, so you will receive unbiased, fulsome information about MHD ZEV technology. With vehicles on display, time to connect with and learn from peers, and opportunities to hear from experts and early adopters, you'll be able to evaluate which technology can work in your context, how to plan and prepare for charging/refuelling, and which rebates are available. Agenda 8:30am Arrive and registrations 9:00am Welcome and introduction from Danielle Wiess: Director of Transportation Initiatives – CEA 9:20am Presentations from vehicle manufacturers 9:50am Break and opportunity to tour zero-emission vehicles 10:20am Learning from early adopters, presentations from organizations already using zero-emission vehicles 11:45am Lunch 12:30am Taking action: Electric fleet planning 1:00pm Open space discussions 2:15 Tour of zero-emission vehicles This event is 1 of 4 regional Fleet Forward events hosted by Community Energy Association through the fall of 2025. Other locations are: Victoria (Sept 18), Prince George (Oct 15), and Kamloops (Oct 29). To view these events, click here . We have financial support available to ensure regional participants can travel to the event. Please email tquantrell@communityenergy.ca for more information. Partner and Funders About CEA CEA grew from a committee established by the Government of BC and the Union of BC Municipalities in the 1990s, was incorporated as a non-profit in 2003, and registered as a charity the following year. CEA functions as a nonprofit consultant with members and a Board of Directors; more than half of CEA’s member-organizations are local governments and Indigenous communities. Today, CEA’s members and staff live in communities large and small and share in the benefits of being a community of practitioners. We bring our collective expertise, experiences, commitment to Truth and Reconciliation, and passion to reduce local greenhouse gas emissions while maximizing co-benefits, so that communities are healthy and resilient. This requires building local and regional capacity, leveraging funds, and fostering collaboration among all levels of government, Indigenous communities, energy providers, educational institutions, and other organizations to plan and implement local solutions.
