Local author, Claude Franklin will use exercies from his book, 'Become Humour Active', along with his own knowledge and experience in comedy, to inspire and guide participants through this fun, humour-building workshop for young people aged 10-15 years. Claude is the founder of Humour Active - a brand that aims at encouraging and developing humour in children and promotes humour as a skill that we all have the ability to grow. 'Become Humour Active' is a multi-choice workbook that encourages children to unlock this skill and actively engage with their humorous potential. All participants will leave with their very own, signed copy of Claude's book 'Become Humour Active' in order to continue the growth and learning at home and share with others. Home Court, AYI, and CMSport have come together to host a prestigious event, THE BLUEPRINT SKILLS CAMP, taking place from April 3 to 5 at Eagle Stadium in Werribee. This exclusive 3-day basketball camp is tailored for players aged 12 to 25 looking to enhance their game both on and off the court. Participants will undergo comprehensive combine testing to assess their physical attributes like height, wingspan, vertical leap, speed, and agility. Additionally, they will engage in a variety of skill-building drills and scrimmages under the guidance of seasoned coaches and trainers. Off the court, attendees will have the unique opportunity to interact with industry professionals such as semi-professional and professional players, coaches, agents, and general managers to gain insights on advancing their basketball careers. The registration fee of A$20 includes camp admission, daily lunch, a commemorative t-shirt, and entry into various prize draws. With only 100 spots available, interested individuals are encouraged to secure their places promptly. This event is proudly supported by 2K ANZ and the Victorian Government Department of Justice & Community Safety.
