This festival promotes Jeju Island's unique charm as a World Heritage site both domestically and internationally by exploring and discovering the wonders of nature, encountering its jewel-like stories and people, expanding generational participation, and further enhancing Jeju Island's brand value by conveying its outstanding value and academic and cultural significance. Mongsaengyi Water Park is a summer water festival held at Let's Run Park, Jeju Bike Plaza. Participants can choose to join either the pirate team or the marine team to participate in water gun balloon popping and the Boss Water Gun Battle. They can also cool off on the giant water slide, experience the "Mongsaengyi" outdoor escape room, and find treasure by scanning QR codes. Team up with friends and family to participate in water activities and missions, creating vibrant summer memories. This film festival is linked with the 2026 Jeju Ecotourism Week, featuring six documentaries that document marine ecology, fishing village culture, and the lives of people living around the ocean. The opening film, *Sura*, tells the legendary story of Saemangeum Bay, documented by director Hwang Yoon over seven years, while *Whispers of the Little Fish* chronicles a 200-kilometer journey in search of legendary seaweed creatures. Director Ko Hee-young's *Legend of the Water Splash* depicts the adventure of a female divers and a young female divers searching for the secret cellar of Samseong Island. *The Tide Cave: The Beginning of the Ocean*, documenting the biodiversity of the Jeju coast, will be screened at the Fisheries Iri Welfare Center and the Yera Ecological Experience Center, with interactive sessions and ecological explanations provided for the audience. Following the screening of *101*, featuring freediver Kim Kyung-hoon's 101-meter dive, a freediving workshop will be held. The closing film, *Coral Triangle: The World of Strange Creatures*, will take viewers on a deeper dive into the ecosystem of the Coral Triangle, known as the "Amazon of the Ocean." During the film screening, the director and actors will participate in audience dialogues, ecological explanations, and special lectures to help you gain a deeper understanding of the marine world depicted in the film.

The Jeju International Wind Ensemble Festival (JIWEF) is one of Jeju Island's most representative art festivals, blending the island's tranquil scenery, the romantic atmosphere of summer, and the ease of outdoor performance for wind instruments. It is the only competition in the world to include all brass instrument categories, including French horn, trumpet, tenor trombone, bass trombone, euphonium, tuba, brass quintet, and percussion. The Jeju International Brass Ensemble Competition joined the World Federation of International Music Competitions (JIWEF) in April 2009. Jeju co-hosted the 13th Asia-Pacific Wind Conductors Association Wind Band Festival in 2003 and the World Marching Wind Band Championships in 2006. In 2014, Jeju hosted the 18th Asia-Pacific Wind Conductors Association Wind Band Festival. The Jeju International Wind Band Festival and the Jeju International Brass Band Competition aim to promote the popularity and professionalism of wind instruments by jointly hosting these two events.

The 27th Jeju Science Festival was held from June 13th to 14th, featuring 110 science experience booths and 3 science competitions. The science experience booths offered 21 projects for preschoolers to grades 1-2, 29 projects for students in grades 3-6, 20 projects for middle school students and above, and 40 projects for all age groups. The science competitions included the UCC Science Competition, 3-minute science lectures for students, and a drone soccer game.
