If you're looking to stay safer in 2025, then this introduction to self-defence course is a great way to get fit, be healthier, meet new people and learn to be a little safer. This two-hour introductory self-defence course will give participants a great insight into the mental and cognitive side of self-defence, some basic self-defence moves and the law surrounding self-defence in the UK. NKM will be bringing the 'Stay Away' programme to Parrs Wood High School 1300-1600 20th September 2025. The course is designed to cover both the psychological and physical aspects of self-defence problems faced by women, looking in depth at male and female interactions and covering some of the most common physical problems. It is a heavily interactive session, including roleplay exercises and physical self-defence training.
