Change Your World Events invites you to Join Eleanor O'Rourke for a transformative journey "From Fear To Flow"! Are you ready to break free from fear and embrace a life of flow and abundance? This 2 day, in-person event is your opportunity to learn how to overcome fear and create a state of flow in your daily life. In this set of workshops, Eleanor teaches the six archetypal patterns that hold us back from giving full expression to our creative spirit. We all have archetypal patterns, some known to us while others play out at an unconscious level. Awareness of them gives us insight into the way our life has unfolded in the past so that we can direct it more consciously in the future. Our creative self is often buried under layers of learned behaviours which block Flow. We often end up relying on willpower and adrenaline for fuel leading to burnout and a lack of aliveness. This workshop is for you if: You’re stuck creatively and need to recharge. You want to heal old patterns of behaviour that are stopping your authentic expression. You want to write a new, more inspiring story for your life, one which allows you to make creative decisions without becoming derailed by emotional triggers from the past. About Eleanor O'Rourke Eleanor O’Rourke began her career as a road manager in the music business. Working with a team of creative people gave her an insight into the way creative energy works. When it flows well there is synchronicity, brilliance and even genius. When it doesn’t flow, there is stress, drama and burn out. She then went on to run a successful marketing company, doing product launches and sales promotion for corporate clients. Here she observed the way creative energy dissipates in more process led, risk-averse businesses. She is now passionate about awakening people to their own creative spirit, while at the same time debunking many of the old concepts around creativity – eg that it is an exclusive gift available to a few special individuals, or that it only applies to a narrow niche of career eg advertising, media or interior design. She believes everyone has a creative spirit, but many have lost touch with this aspect of themselves – either through willingness to conform, desire for validation or fear of vulnerability. People everywhere are becoming aware that our methodical minds are too slow to cope with the ever-increasing speed at which the world is turning. We have an epidemic in stress, anxiety and depression. Exhaustion is the order of the day. The answer lies in accessing our inner creative flow. Doing this reduces our reliance on adrenaline and increases our intuitive decision-making capabilities. Instead of trying to control life we can learn to flow with it, which is a far more sustainable option in our current fast-changing world. Eleanor has over thirty years experience in a variety of modalities including NLP, Psychology of Vision and is a certified archetype consultant trained by Caroline Myss. She is the author of four books on various aspects of the creative process. · 40 Days 40 Nights - one woman's quest to reclaim her creative mojo. · Breakdown - a rebel's take on depression · The Freedom Project - how to find contentment in a crazy world · Flow without the F*ckery - wake up your killer creativity Location: Wasps Inverness Creative Academy, Room A006 - Change Your World Events & Wellness Centre, Midmills Building, Stephens St, Inverness IV2 3JP Please note there is disabled and free parking at t he venue but spaces are limited. There is the Eastgate centre a few minutes walk from the venue. Information Source: Change Your World Events Ltd | eventbrite
