ON SUMMER BREAK - we'll be back in September!
Transition from your weekend into your week with a 1-hour all-levels outdoor yoga practice thoughtfully designed to help you de-stress and recharge.
About the yoga practice:
Each Yoga in the Circle class is filled with yoga ‘dharma’ or words of wisdom (think inspiring quotes, questions, & perspectives to explore) to help you embody your yoga practice both on and off the mat. It’s a slow flow style class where we will have longer holds (3-5 breaths in each pose) with many options given to either make your practice more restorative or more advanced, so it truly is great for yogis of any level.
This class is led by Park Circle local
Reagan Sobel
, E-RYT 500. It happens every Sunday unless she is out of town. Please check the schedule below.
Where to find us, what to bring, & what to expect:
Find us in the meadow in Park Circle park between N. Rhett and Durant St. You can park at the community building, then follow the sidewalk to the right of the building that goes behind it, and you will see us under some beautiful trees.
Please arrive with a few minutes to get set up and settled in. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. We have mats available to rent for $2 if you do not have your own.
This class is FREE, as it is one of Reagan’s top values to make yoga accessible and available to everyone. As this is her full-time gig, donations are encouraged and appreciated if you are able to do so. They may be made in advance via Eventbrite or Venmo (@reagansobelyoga), or onsite.
If there is rain, we will move under the pavilion or covered area of the community center.
Kids are welcome, but please ensure that they are quiet and respectful to not disturb other students' experience of the yoga practice.
We highly encourage pre-registering for class to receive updates in case of weather, etc. and so that we have a general headcount!
