On the 23rd February 2025 we come together to download the codes and energy of the PINK RAY ~ 💗 We are bursting from our hearts to share with you all our next RAINBOW FREQUENCY We have created this specific colour as we know this light holds an ENERGY that matches the FREQUENCY of 2025 = 9 🐍 This is going to be a soft awakening of angelic wisdom, self love, strength from softening the heart, innocence and mastery of all of the chakra’s. Offering this colour is so unique and special , as it is not one colour but two colours of the rainbow creating a super charged beam of light . The merging of the red ray the base chakra with the violet ray the crown chakra. Creates the mystical colour of PINK MAGENTA The PINK MAGENTA is the essence of the rainbow snake the ancient story passed down by the elders and gatekeepers of our lands the native indigenous. This colour represents the serpent. These feel-good, beginner-friendly workouts are all about moving your body, building strength, and enjoying the ocean air in a relaxed and supportive space. I’m a personal trainer and fitness coach with a pre and postnatal qualification, currently completing my nutrition coach certification. I also run regular sessions at a local gym — and these beach workouts bring that same welcoming energy outdoors. With a background in childcare, I understand how important it is to create a space where both mums and little ones feel comfortable and supported. Whether you’re new to fitness, returning after a break, or navigating pre or postnatal movement, you’re so welcome here. Mums and bubs are encouraged to come along — these sessions are designed with flexibility and connection in mind. Sessions go ahead rain or shine (unless it’s unsafe), so rug up, dress comfy, and meet us by the sea.
