Experience a transformative journey towards clarity and balance in our Sama Sadhana Sessions. These unique meditation sessions focus on embodied meditation—an approach that engages both your mind and body for a holistic experience that reconnects you to your whole self.
Lead by Pippa, a Samavira trained and IMMA certified teacher with experience in Zen, Vipassana and Dhammakaya meditation. The Sama Sadhana Sessions incorporate the 7 fundamental techniques of ancient meditation to guide you to a deep mind-body connection, inner stillness and greater self-awareness.
What to Expect:
In this session, you'll discover how embodied meditation can enhance your practice by:
Engaging Mind and Body: Amplify the effectiveness of your meditation as you integrate physical awareness into your mindfulness journey.
Releasing Tension and Emotions: Feel grounded and centered as you use your body to naturally release stored tension and process emotions.
Cultivating Mindfulness: Deepen your sense of ease and presence as you learn to cultivate mindfulness both mentally and physically.
