La Spinetta Il Nero di Casanova Toscana Sangiovese
On the nose it expresses hints of blackberries, blueberries, and ripe cherries with slight spicy notes. Upon tasting it displays a full body with a very immersive character. The tannins are velvety and in perfect harmony with extraordinary freshness. The excellent acidity makes for a wonderful finish.
92 points | James Suckling
Pala Soprasole Vermentino
The Soprasole is airy and fresh with a nuanced blend of young peaches, chamomile and dusty dried flowers. It opens with a pleasant inner sweetness, saline minerals and hints of sour citrus carried across oily textures. It finishes perfumed and long, leaving ground ginger and lime lingering.
91 points | Vinous & James Suckling
Viticoltore Mauro Molino Barbera d'Alba
Inky purple in color with vibrant aromas of wild red berries and sour cherries coated in sweet baking spices. The palate is tart and bright with a wonderful balance between the ripe red fruit and the savory herbal flavors. A well-structured wine.
