Join us for Ashville’s first-ever Family Colour Run, raising funds for social spaces across the College. Whether you run, walk or dance your way around the 1km course, you’ll be showered in vibrant colour at every turn - and you can do as many loops as you like.
Arrive from 1:00 PM for check-in, warm-up and music before the fun begins.
Food and drink will be available - make a day of it with family and friends.

Terms and Conditions:
1. General
1.1 The Event is organised by Ashville College1.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants and ticket holders of the Event.
2. Tickets
2.1 Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the Organiser.2.2 Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission.2.3 Participants under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
3. Health and Safety
3.1 Participation is at your own risk. All runners should ensure they are medically fit to take part.3.2 If you have respiratory issues, allergies to powders or dyes, or are pregnant, please consult your GP before participating.3.3 The coloured powder used during the Event is non-toxic, biodegradable, and intended for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth.3.4 First aid will be available on site. In case of emergency, seek assistance from Event staff immediately.
4. Clothing and Personal Items
4.1 It is recommended to wear white clothing to experience the full colour effect.4.2 The Organiser is not responsible for any damage to clothing, footwear, accessories, or personal items.4.3 Participants are advised not to bring valuables to the Event.
5. Conduct
5.1 All participants must behave respectfully and responsibly.5.2 No aggressive, abusive, or antisocial behaviour will be tolerated. Offenders may be removed from the Event without refund.5.3 Alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
6. Weather and Event Changes
6.1 The Event will go ahead in most weather conditions. However, the Organiser reserves the right to postpone, cancel or modify the Event due to adverse weather or any other unforeseen circumstances.6.2 In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued at the Organiser’s discretion.
7. Photography and Media
7.1 By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed and filmed. Images and footage may be used for promotional purposes.7.2 If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a member of staff on the day.
8. Liability
8.1 The Organiser accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage suffered by participants during the Event, except where caused by the Organiser’s negligence.8.2 All participants are responsible for their own actions and behaviour during the Event.
By attending the Colour Run, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
