Arts Fine Art
Hello! Welcome to our life drawing event ;D Come and try something new, exciting and fun with us! We host a unique evening of life drawing with live music performed by guest musicians local to East London. Every event we host showcases a new performer and we are continually in awe at the incredible talent we’re able to share with you. The first half of the evening will be tutored, with a series of short poses, getting you out of your comfort zone, with playful exercises designed to get you thinking and seeing differently. We then take a short break where there will be homemade vegan food available to buy! The second half of the evening will feature live music from a guest musician who will be performing their solo work, naked. It's a wonderfully relaxing and supportive environment, where you’ll be transported to a place you won’t want to leave from. What could be more tranquil than being serenaded whilst sketching away? Hacknakey is a safe space that promotes body positivity and celebrates all creative abilities. Absolute beginners and more advanced people welcome. This is a great place to meet new people… come alone or brings some pals! A few words from our community: “ Hacknakey host this awesome and incredible life drawing class where I literally almost cried while drawing I felt so happy and grateful.” “I’ve modelled in over 100 locations inside London alone. This is the most recommended group so far in London, especially if you are a beginner and want to have a fun time. Their tickets sell out quickly. I was wondering why before modelling, but now I know.” “I had the best evening last night, thank you so so much. Sam and I have only been dating for a short time and this was my night to pick date night and we just had the most incredible night. THANK YOU! Can’t wait to do it again.” Some housekeeping: - We provide paper, charcoal, and other surprise art supplies but if you wish to bring your own sketchbooks and materials please do! - We are LGBTQ+ run event and discrimination in any form will not be tolerated at our event. Thank you and we’re really looking forward to seeing you there! Emily x Information Source: Emily George | eventbrite

Global spending on mobile apps hit $171 billion in 2023, up 3% year-over-year. Despite this, consumer apps are facing increasing barriers to scale. What’s stopping apps from scaling efficiently and sustainably? The landscape is shifting: marketers are face rising acquisition costs, stricter privacy rules, the disruption of AI-driven discovery, and growing pressure to diversify revenue. The solution? Diversified user acquisition (UA) and monetization are fast becoming must haves, rather than nice to haves. Reaping the rewards of such strategies are already paying dividends, but many consumer apps are only just beginning to unlock their full potential. Join us in London at our inaugural Appsfourm conference, where app publishers, marketers, and industry leaders will gather to discuss the latest in UA, monetization, and growth strategies. Appsforum will take place alongside Gamesforum London , enabling attendees to apply successful UA and monetization strategies across their apps. Conference Passes are for mobile app publishers and developers only - tickets are NOT valid if you are a service or solution provider. Passes purchased incorrectly WILL be subject to cancellation and refunded. In matters relating to this, the decision of the event organisers is final. If you are a service provider and have a sponsorship enquiry, please contact Joe at joe@globalmgf.com Information Source: Gamesforum | eventbrite

Believe it or not but history is much more interesting than you think! You thought history in school was boring because you were forced to memorise a bunch of dates. This tour aims to cure your dislike of history and have you look at it from a new perspective. When we look back, we see that we have learned so much from history on how to live, how to act, what to do and what not to do. Whether it was trial and error or just finally finding the education to learn and change, history has many fascinating things to look back on and ponder. This tour aims at telling you about ten things we no longer do that we used to do before. Intrigued? Good! You should be! Of course, we will start our tour at the Tower of London, where we used to punish or imprison people. But our tour takes us beyond this, and we discover things we don’t eat, things we don’t wear, things we don’t say, and even things we don’t think! We are delighted to welcome you to the Pharmacovigilance World 2025, and we are confident that your active participation will contribute to the advancement of drug safety practices. Together, let us strive towards a safer and more vigilant healthcare system that prioritizes patient well-being and ensures the continued benefit of medications worldwide. As medical science advances, so does our understanding of drug safety and the need for vigilance when it comes to monitoring its usage. In recent years, pharmacovigilance has gained significant attention and importance due to the growing complexity of drug therapies, the emergence of new medicines, and the increased scrutiny of regulatory agencies. This has led to a greater emphasis on monitoring the safety profiles of pharmaceutical products throughout their lifecycle, from pre-marketing clinical trials to post-marketing surveillance. The need for effective pharmacovigilance systems becomes even more crucial as the global population continues to expand, resulting in an increased consumption of medications. Adverse drug reactions (ADRs) can have severe consequences, leading to hospitalizations, prolonged treatments, and in some cases, even fatalities. Therefore, it is imperative to enhance our understanding of ADRs, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies. To efficiently address these challenges, collaboration between international regulatory bodies, healthcare providers, and patients is essential. With a strong focus on patient safety as well as public health and by creating an interconnected network of experts from around the world who are dedicated to advancing our understanding of drug safety and pharmacovigilance, we can create a robust system. This conference will serve as a knowledge-sharing and networking platform, providing a unique opportunity for researchers, pharmacists, healthcare professionals, industry representatives, and regulatory authorities to come together and discuss the latest trends, challenges, and advancements in pharmacovigilance. By sharing experiences and best practices, we aim to enhance global drug safety and improve patient outcomes. Throughout the conference, we will delve into various topics such as signal detection and management, adverse event reporting and analysis, risk assessment, benefit-risk evaluation, regulatory updates, collaboration and the integration of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in pharmacovigilance. Our esteemed panel of speakers, comprising leading experts from academia, industry, and regulatory agencies, will present their research findings, share case studies, and engage in thought-provoking discussions. The conference will also feature interactive networking opportunities, fostering collaboration and enabling the exchange of ideas. Please see our Food and Allergen Policy when booking into the class for more information. A message from our Chef Amro: “Hello, my name is Amro and I am from Egypt - from the North. My city, Damitta, is famous for furniture, sweets and cheese. I am from a large family and I am the only boy with three sisters. After I graduated from university as a computer engineer, I went to work in Kuwait. I worked there for 17 years in the Ministry of Education and the University of Kuwait before I moved to the UK in 2023 with my wife and my two children (I now have three)! When I was at home in Egypt, it was always my mother who did the cooking. Although I didn’t cook then, I learnt a lot from watching her. But when I was living alone in Kuwait, especially for the first 3 years before I married, I had to learn how to cook for myself! As I spent half of my life in Egypt and the other half in Kuwait, I have influences from both countries in my cooking. For example, from my home country, a famous dish that everyone there loves is Koshary - a delicious vegetarian dish. And from Kuwai, I enjoy cooking Majboos, a lamb dish with raisins and nuts, which is often served for big celebrations. I look forward to cooking these dishes with you”. We’re excited to have you in the class! Please take note of a few final reminders: We will send you a reminder email 3 days before the class takes place. We require a certain number of participants to run this class and reserve the right to cancel it due to insufficient enrolment . If this occurs, we will, at your convenience, transfer you to another class of your choice of the same value. If this option does not suit you, you will have the choice to receive either a gift voucher for the class or a full refund. In the case of insufficient enrolment, we will inform you at least 6 days before the class. Ingredients used in our classes contain, may contain, or may have been manufactured/prepared on shared equipment with the 14 allergens listed above. We cannot guarantee that any food or drink prepared or consumed in any of the Migrateful Cookery Classes are free from any of the 14 allergens, or any other ingredient. According to a recent report from the British Business Bank, despite a near-equal male/female application rate, less than 9% of certain funds were successfully drawn down by women and Governments old and new have agreed that changing this statistic will make a significant difference to local, regional and the national economy as well as empowering women in business and further championing inclusion. The NCC Women in Business network is currently driven by female Chamber members and is open to all particularly those with an interest in boosting local female-led business start-up, survival and of course, growth so please join us at Barclays Bank in Stratford and hear from finance, lending and entrepreneurship experts in their field with first-hand knowledge and experience in understanding why and how some or all of these barriers might be overcome!
