What happens:
10 operators pitch their deals to 40 investors over 6 days.
Shark Tank style pitch sessions twice a day.
Networking at meals, bars, pool.
1-on-1 meetings arranged.
Deals get done on the ship.
If you're an operator:
You pitch to 40 investors over 6 days.
You network poolside, at dinners, at the bar.
You close commitments while at sea.
Limited to 10 operators (first come, first served).
If you're an investor:
You see 10 vetted deals.
You network with other investors.
You invest in the ones you like.
Or you don't. No pressure.
Cost:
$250 conference fee (non-refundable, paid here)
$500 deposit to Royal Caribbean (due June 5, 2027)
Balance paid to Royal Caribbean before sailing
Total cabin cost: $2,094-$3,304

Itinerary:
Oct 3: Board in Galveston, TX (4:30 PM departure)
Oct 4: Day at sea
Oct 5: Cozumel, Mexico (8 AM - 6 PM)
Oct 6: Roatan, Honduras (9 AM - 5 PM)
Oct 7: Puerto Costa Maya, Mexico (8 AM - 4 PM)
Oct 8: Day at sea
Oct 9: Return to Galveston, TX (6 AM arrival)

P.S. I have no idea if this will work. But if it does, I'm doing it every year.
P.P.S. Icon of the Seas is the world's largest cruise ship. 20 decks, waterpark, 7 pools. You'll want to see it even if you don't do deals.

How payments work:
The $250 conference fee is non-refundable (paid to me). After you register, you'll get a separate email to book your stateroom directly with Royal Caribbean ($500 deposit + balance). The Royal Caribbean deposit is subject to their cancellation policy.
