The class stays true to the fundamentals of classic Pilates, focusing on centering, control, breathing, concentration, flow, and precision to create a balanced and mindful workout experience. Beginners and all fitness levels welcome as the class can be tailored to meet all fitness levels.

Instructor Bio:
Mary Wentz brings over 35 years of personal training experience, with 20 of those years dedicated to classic Pilates. As a teacher, her mission is to foster a welcoming environment where the community can come together and learn collaboratively. Her sense of humor shines through in every class, creating an atmosphere where everyone feels included and at ease.
