If you have questions about the weekend, lodging, or anything else, feel free to reach out directly.
Lodging
Overton Lodge has 48 individual beds. We will be splitting the lodge by gender, so please choose the gender you identify with when you purchase your registration.
If you have a preference for a bottom bunk, please send Savannah a message after registering and we will do our best to accommodate.
There are also a few small group cabin rooms available. These are first come, first served.
Please bring your favorite pillow and blanket to make your stay more comfortable.
This is a pet friendly site. Please consider the number of people and the nature of the retreat before bringing your animal. There is a 20 dollar pet fee per animal, which can be paid through Eventbrite when you register.
Arrival and Schedule
Participants can arrive as early as 3 pm EST on Friday to settle in and help get ready for the weekend.
The retreat will officially begin Friday with dinner at 7 pm EST, followed by an opening meeting around the fire.
The full agenda for the weekend will be announced no later than one week before the retreat.
Please try to plan to be there for the duration of the retreat, including both the opening and closing meetings. The continuity of the weekend matters.
Food
Meals and snacks for the entire weekend are covered in the cost per person. Groceries will be purchased and meals prepared throughout the retreat.
If you have specific dietary restrictions or preferences, it is our goal to accommodate. Please do not be shy about letting us know.
Newcomers
It is important to us to be as inclusive as possible to new members. You will notice scholarship options when purchasing registration. These are intended to help alleviate the cost for newer members and will be distributed about one month prior to the event.
Recreation
There is plenty to do at the park. There is a lake adjacent to the lodge, a pool, hiking trails, and more. We are also about 15 minutes from Dale Hollow Lake, one of the most beautiful lakes in Tennessee.
Explore the area or stay close to home. The point is to use this weekend as an opportunity to connect with each other, with ourselves, and with our purpose.
We can’t wait to see you there.
