CrossFit L4 Coach Connor McDonald will be leading a bar muscle up (BMU) and pull up clinic at CrossFit Bluestone. Conner is part of the CrossFit seminar staff and has qualified for the CrossFit Regional and Semfinals x5. You can pick one clinic (either BMU or pull up) for $15.00 or attend both for $25.00. These clinics are open to other CrossFit affiliate gyms and the public. ALL fitness levels are welcome and scaling options can be made for all athletes. A description of each clinic is listed below.
