All necessary equipment, including wetsuits, buoyancy aids, and spray jackets, will be provided. Participants are only required to bring shoes that can get wet, a towel, and a change of clothes. The club offers lockable changing rooms and hot showers for convenience. Tea and coffee can be purchased at the club, and hot food is available on weekends from the Galley.
