In this taster Writing for Wellbeing workshop you will explore ways in which the practice of writing creatively can have a positive impact on mental health and emotional wellbeing. Led by published writer and qualified counsellor Joanna Barnard, the session will introduce techniques to encourage self-expression and enjoyment. This workshop will take place upstairs at New Milton Library. Just ask staff for help if you have trouble finding us! The library is an 8 minute walk from New Milton train station. Nearest bus stops are on Gore Road and Old Milton Road, 2 minutes walk away. There is accessible parking for blue badge holders. Other public paid for parking is available on nearby streets.
