This 60-minute all-levels Brewery Yoga class will be led by WWYP founder, Lauren Turner inside Medusa Brewing Co's Beer Garden located at 111 Main St. in Hudson. Proceeds from this event support 501(c)3 Warrior Within Yoga Project and helps to bring trauma-informed yoga to our Warriors in locations across Massachusetts, including locally at the American Hertiage Museum in Hudson.
