O.U.R.’s Ops Team consists of former CIA, past and current law enforcement, and highly skilled operatives that lead coordinated identification and extraction efforts. These operations are always in conjunction with law enforcement throughout the world. Once victims are rescued, a comprehensive process involving justice for the perpetrators and recovery and rehabilitation for the survivors begins. It is time for private citizens and organizations to rise up and help. It is our duty as a free and blessed people. This is our way of helping as many of God’s children as we possibly can! What: This is a 1 Mile, 5K, 10K, 13.1, 26.2 virtual run (or walk)! You choose which distance you want to complete! When: Complete your race any time in December 2024! * Medals and bibs will start shipping out October 2024! After that they will ship out within 2 to 5 days of signing up. Where: You choose the course and you time yourself (you’ll report your finishing time to us). Why: Because this is our way of celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ. Cost: The price is $20 and that includes your medal, bib and at least 15% of every entry will be donated to Operation Underground Railroad. *We are in no way affiliated with this charity, we like to choose a different charity for each of our races and are happy to raise funds for them. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym or on the track (or even at another race). You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. Join the Colorado Brewery Running Series™ for the Ugly Sweater 5k, taking place at Left Hand Brewing Co. in Longmont on December 7, 2024. Lace up your running shoes and get ready for a fun, untimed run through the neighborhood, followed by a free craft brew from Left Hand Brewing Co. at the finish line. Whether you choose to run, walk, or jog, all levels of participants are welcome. As you cross the finish line, you'll also have the chance to win exciting door prizes from the Colorado Brewery Running Series and our event sponsors. Enjoy live music, indulge in delicious food from local vendors, and browse through the offerings of our partners and sponsors. Not only will you have a great time, but you'll also be making a difference in the local community. 10% of all proceeds will go directly to a local organization that will be on site promoting their work. Love reading and also like being in the company of others?Looking for an event you can comfortably attend alone?Want to try a new kind of event?Never read a graphic novel or already a fan of comics?If you answered YES to any of these questions come and join us for our Graphic Novel Reading RoomGraphic Novel Reading Room is a monthly event at the Treehouse board game cafe, usually on the third Tuesday of the month. Whether you're a regular reader or you're planning to come for the first time, you are welcome in this calm and social reading space. Hundreds of graphic novels and zines will be provided for you to read, mostly of the literary kind in all kinds of genres: fiction, non-fiction, science fiction, horror, graphic medicine, manga etc. Every month there are new titles added to the collection so you can always find yourself something new and recommendations are provided, if requested. It's a casual event: all participants read their choice of comics and there is no group discussion as such. You're welcome to arrive and leave at your leisure, read just the one story or several, chat or seek silence and wear headphones while you're reading. Our host the Treehouse will be providing their amazing food, drinks and cakes, as usual. Tickets are set as 'donation' so you can pay what you can afford. Lurenzone is excited to bring you another live stage reality game of Serve Sibling, inspired by CBS' Big Brother, with Serve Sibling 6: Rookies vs Veterans. Watch as these eleven rookies are partnered withn eleven veterans to compete in different rounds for power, safety, and the ability to vote one another out round after round. At the end of the night, the eliminated contestants will get to vote for a winner and decide who will be the winner of Serve SIbling.
