Join us for our next exploration of Calgary's beautiful green spaces. At Hull’s Wood in Fish Creek Prov Park there are options for shorter or longer trail loops (half hour to hour walks) with views of the Bow River, Fish Creek and Sikome Lake The trails are wide paved and gravel pathways through open meadows and forest with no significant elevation gain and are suitable for everyone. Dogs on leash included. If conditions allow (quiet enough and no mosquitoes) we can enjoy a short meditation when we meet at 10:30am at the Hull’s Wood amphitheater close by the parking lot or a short walk away on the banks of the Bow River. Bring something to sit on if the river turns out to be the best choice. If you are looking for a more challenging hike/bike ride there are 14 kilometers of paved pathways that take you to the other end of Fish Creek park that you can explore. After our hikes we can take in the historic Bow Valley Ranch buildings, Fish Creek visitor centre, restaurant and Annie’s Café within walking distance/short drive from Hull’s Wood.
