The Big Beatles Singalong at The Sub Rooms, Stroud Come join us for a groovy and fun-filled Beatles Singalong at The Sub Rooms ! Get ready to twist and shout with your little ones as we bring the songs of The Beatles to life. Kids, grownups and Beatles fans of all ages are encouraged to join in singing the hits, with shakers and bells to help with the music. And there will be bubbles! Introducing a new workshop from Sew Vintage where you will discover how to make a mini pleated lampshade using beautiful Lewis & Wood fabric remnants. Sophie & Victoria will guide you through all the techniques needed to make these pretty 'pop on' shades which are perfect for small lamp bases. Once you know the steps you'll be able to make them at any size, so this is the ideal introduction to this lampshade method. All materials are included with a fantastic choice of Lewis & Wood fabric and an array of ribbons to add the final flourish. Our light-filled studio space is the ideal spot for this tempting session. Come along and enjoy a few hours of creativity with tea and cake while chatting with fellow crafters. Introducing a new workshop by textile artist Alexandra Hucks. You'll learn how to make a set of four pretty padded coat hangers using beautiful Lewis & Wood fabric remnants. Once you've covered your hangers, you can then add a decorative flourish using embroidery, vintage buttons and ribbons. These are so lovely to give as gifts or keep for yourself! Our light-filled studio space is the ideal spot for this tempting session. Come along and enjoy a few hours of creativity with tea and cake while chatting with fellow crafters. Do you have a decorating project in mind? Then come along and join us on Saturday 14th June to be inspired by beautiful Lewis & Wood fabrics and wallpapers at fantastic prices. Spaces are limited at these sales to allow for leisurely browsing and there will be coffee and pastries to accompany. There is a nominal booking fee redeemable against any purchases on the day. We're thrilled that Nadia Oliver Interiors will be joining us to offer one-to-one sessions throughout the morning. Nadia is well known for her confident use of colour and pattern so if you're in need of a little help with your decorating decisions this is a wonderful opportunity to gain invaluable interior design advice. In your 30 minute session Nadia will help you find the most effective colour palette for a space in your home, conjuring up the perfect scheme with an array of Lewis & Wood designs on hand to inspire. Please come prepared with photographs of your room, any swatches you already have, plus information about any existing elements in the space that need to be considered. There is an additional charge for this service, please select the add on and your preferred time slot at checkout. There are six time slots available on this date. We do hope to see you there.
