This event is specifically designed for individuals who are new to the sport of powerlifting and are looking to get involved or simply test their one-rep maxes. The competition will take place on December 16, 2023, at The Entrance Leagues Club. Participants will have the opportunity to compete in different weight classes, including Female - Under 60, Under 75, and Over 75, and Male - Under 80, Under 100, and Over 100. To make the experience even more exciting, all entries received by October 28, 2023, will include a competitor's t-shirt. There are two pricing options available for participants. The first option, priced at $127.61, includes entry to the competition, 12 weeks of programming leading up to the competition delivered via the TeamBuildr App, one group session a week at DNA Strength and Performance to work on technique, discounted base membership and recovery sessions, and a competitor's t-shirt.
