HYROX SIMULATION SETANTA FITNESS ARMAGH Join us at Setanta Fitness Ltd for a HYROX Simulation Race Day! This in-person experience, either by yourself or with a friend, will challenge your physical strength, endurance, and mental resilience. Setanta Fitness Ltd is an official Hyrox affiliate gym. All 8 exercise stations shall be completed indoors within the Setanta Fitness gym facility. The Rox Zone will include a walk downstairs to the outdoor running area. The outdoor running area is directly adjacent to the gym at the bottom of the stairs. The running area is a straight flat 100m running zone where athletes shall complete a 5 x 200m circuit up and down. Athletes return to the gym via the rox zone staircase. The spectator area is minimal inside the facility, however, the 100m outdoor area offers lots of space for spectators to cheer on their friends and family.
