If you’ve been feeling tired, overwhelmed, or longing for a deeper sense of peace, this Sound Bath offers a space to rest, reflect, and return to what matters most. Vanessa will guide you into deep relaxation through the soothing sounds of Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Shamanic Drumming, Tuning Forks, Chimes, Percussion, and Voice. The sounds will create a full-body experience that helps quiet the mind, relax the body, and soothe the spirit.
