The pickup is easy. For foreigner to rent an EV car and first timer, host need to explain properly on how to utilise the charging station. Avis does provide a chip for payment and easy to use but there a fees of 25%, which rather high for each payment. The car equip with car pass that convenient during ferry payment.

The pick-up location is around 5 mins walking distance, but may be a bit far while in snow and slippy floor as there is no pedestrian walkway
